Mary Messina, Director - Girls Night Out (USA)
I am excited to be able to share Girls Night Out with you: a truly inspiring event filled with fun, faith, and fellowship.
Girls Night Out is a two-hour women’s event held in churches across the United States. The evening is designed to bring women in your community together to celebrate each other, while experiencing a time of encouragement, inspiration and fun!
Girls Night Out is an opportunity to open your doors to the women in your church and to those all across your community. Our goal is that while one church hosts the event, many people are reached.
We invite you to spend some time on our website and Facebook page. You will be able to read about our history, see videos from our events and speakers, read testimonials from women who have attended a Girls Night Out event, and find out when we are coming to your area!
Due to the generosity of our partners – FaithLife Financial and World Vision – Girls Night Out is presented at an affordable cost per person. This permits women from all backgrounds to be able to experience the fun of Girls Night Out. And because of this tremendous support, the Girls Night Out ministry requires little financial obligation for Host Churches.
We look forward to the opportunity to connect with you, share a little more about who we are and discuss when it would be best to bring Girls Night Out to your church. It is our intent that you’ll have the privilege of being blessed by this ministry.
God’s blessings,
Mary Messina
Director of Girls Night Out, United States
Girls Night Out is an evening of fun, faith, and fellowship that is designed especially for women. Our mission is to engage women with humor and inspire them with hope through comedy, storytelling, fellowship and a time of ministry. Our vision is that Girls Night Out will bless the women attending and encourage them to draw nearer to the heart of God.
While traveling on a Tony Campolo tour in 2004, two women, a speaker and a worship leader, challenged World Vision Canada to build a series of events under the banner of fun, faith, and fellowship called Girls Night Out. Canadian women responded in the thousands.
Girls Night Out is now being held in the U.S., UK and New Zealand. In the United States our desire is to offer an event to empower women to express themselves and their faith in God. This common foundation of faith is creating a sense of unity in churches across America.
